WavelinQ (formerly EverlinQ) EndoAVF System

The WavelinQ endoAVF system is a catheter-based system for the endovascular creation of an arteriovenous fistula (AVF) in patients requiring hemodialysis. The system consists of a pair of over-the-wire catheters with magnets arranged to pull them into alignment and opposition. The venous catheter contains a spring-loaded radiofrequency (RF) electrode, and the arterial cathete…

Vyondys 53 (Golodirsen) for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy

Vyondys 53 is an antisense oligonucleotide of the phosphorodiamidate morpholino oligomer subclass intended to skip exon 53 of the DMD gene and enable the synthesis of a truncated but functional dystrophin protein. Only patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy carrying a mutation in exon 53 will be amenable to this treatment.

Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy for Sarcoma with Peritoneal Involvement
